After 15 years in leadership roles and more than 70 Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, I realized something unexpected. The projects that stayed with me most weren’t defined by size, brand recognition, or visibility. They were the engagements where teams were deeply invested, moving fast, and using Adaptive Planning to fundamentally change how they operated and made decisions.
Those experiences shaped how I think about delivery, partnership, and impact—and ultimately why Wrexly exists.
